Having a larger than normal stomach could be an early sign of ovarian cancer, you should consult your gynaecological immediately.
9. Having An Excessive Growth of Hair and Especially Dark Hair

10. Being Constipated Often
Ovarian cancer affects the digestive tract and stomach particularly early on. You could experience stomach pain, a loss of appetite, gas build-up and constipation as well.
