We are talking about homemade solution made of apple cider vinegar, honey and lemon. This combination will strengthen your immune system and will supply you with lots of energy.
Ingredients needed:
Half a glass of water
Half a glass of apple cider vinegar
Tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon of grind hot red pepper
Several lemon pieces
Method of preparation:
Boil the water and pour it into glass jar together with the apple cider vinegar. After that, add the grind hot red pepper, honey and stir.
Finally, add the lemon pieces. Inhale the steam while the beverage evaporates. After the beverage is cooled, start drinking.
If you do not like pepper’s spicy taste, you can replace it with the same amount of ginger.
