Ingredients needed:

•1 kg / 35 oz of lemons
•5-6 stalks of parsley
•16 oz of baking soda
•3 liters of water
Method of preparation:

Wash the lemons using cold water, and then soak them in warm water in which you have previously put the bag of baking soda. Let the lemons soak for about an hour. Chop the parsley stalks in small pieces and do the same with the lemon’s rind.
