3. Boiled flaxseed
Ingredients needed:
1 liter of water4 teaspoons of flaxseedJuice of 1 lemon
Method of preparation:

Dissolve the cooking salt in the cold water. Take a clean towel and soak it in the solution. Place the soaked towel onto the lumbar part of back (the cross) and let it act for 20 minutes. Repeat this procedure within the next 10 days, every evening before you go to bed.
The swelling will start to disappear due to frequent urination, which should start right after the first first procedure.
You can use the salt coatings in the following way: Soak a cloth in warm salt solution, drain it and wrap the swollen legs with it. Cover your legs with warm blanket and let the salt solution act for 20 minutes.
Anyway, the salt solution can help you to eliminate headaches and normalize high blood pressure. Do not be confused by these salt coatings. Salt intake caused swellings but salt coatings act the opposite. Through the skin, they stimulate excess fluid ejection, which means they act as a diuretic.
Remember: In case you suffer from varicose veins, avoid showering with hot water. Hot water dilates blood vessels, which leads to stagnation in blood flow, i.e., it leads to the appearance of swellings.
